Analysis of identified shortcomings in military training
The Armed Forces of Belarus have completed a surprise combat readiness inspection. First Deputy Secretary of the State Security Council Alexander Neverovsky spoke about the interim results, emphasizing the need to identify weak points in the training of military personnel. According to him: "As the President said, we don't have ideal servicemen, just as there are no ideal people. Such inspections help reveal shortcomings in the organization of military and physical training." Deputy appointed by the President, Andrei Gorbatenko, also spoke, highlighting the importance of physical fitness as the foundation of a future officer. As a result of the inspection, specific problems have been identified, which are planned to be addressed within the framework of further improvement of personnel training.
