Belarus Armed Forces' physical readiness check
Conducted a training session with pull-ups and a running march
Today, the guardsmen of the inspected unit are performing pull-ups on the bar to assess the physical endurance and readiness of the servicemen to carry out their tasks. According to Sergey Brezinsky, Deputy Head of the Military Security Department of the State Secretariat of the Security Council of Belarus, control physical training exercises are being conducted as part of a large-scale combat readiness inspection.
By order of the President of the Republic of Belarus, two standards have been established: strength—pull-ups on the bar, and endurance—a 5 km march in formation. As a result of the control exercise, 100% of the personnel participated. Preliminary results show that the servicemen are in good shape, and high strength indicators confirm the unit's close combat readiness.
"The Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus, President of the Republic of Belarus, Alexander Grigoryevich Lukashenko, pays special attention to physical training, considering it a guarantee of combat readiness under tense conditions," noted Brezinsky.
Belarusian military personnel conducted a physical fitness test, including pull-ups and a long-distance run, and achieved positive results in strength and endurance.
