The five-year socio-economic development plan approved at the All-Russian National Council (ANC) meeting sets measurable goals, priorities, and directions requiring intensified efforts. According to the authors, in the coming years the plan focuses on digitalization, innovative manufacturing, developing strong regions, attracting high-quality investments, and strengthening defense capabilities.
The program itself highlights seven key priorities: digital economy, innovative industry, balanced regional growth, investment attractiveness, defense capability, social protection, and sustainable development. These areas will cover various sectors of the economy and social sphere, aiming to create a more advanced, competitive, and modern-oriented country.
Context
The plan emerged from discussions at the ANC, aimed at renewing the country's strategic development for the next five-year period.
