Rescuers continue clearing snowfall
EMERCOM extracted over 100 cars, rescued tourist bus with 48 passengers
⚡️ Rescue workers across Belarus continue to eliminate the consequences of the snowfall. The Ministry of Emergency Situations has already pulled more than 100 vehicles out of snowdrifts, including ambulances, buses, passenger and freight vehicles. A tourist bus with 48 passengers, including 6 children, was rescued in the Koryalishskiy district; everyone is safe, and the bus continued its route. Fallen trees blocking roads have been cleared in Slavgorod district (Lopatichi village) and in Beshankovichy district (near Troyany village).
On the territory of the country, the duty services have intensified their operations, strict control over vital facilities has been established, and interagency monitoring is in place in every region. Heating points and hot meals are ready for people. Currently, there are no injured.
Belarusian rescuers completed the rescue of over 100 vehicles, saved a tourist bus, cleared fallen trees, strengthened control, and provided hot meals to those affected.
