According to the agreement, citizens of Belarus and Oman will be able to freely cross the border without prior visa arrangements, facilitating mutual travel. Visa exemption under the agreement will apply to citizens of both countries on the territories of Belarus and the Sultanate of Oman.
The agreement was signed as part of efforts to expand international relations with regions in the Middle East and strengthen economic cooperation, including potential areas of energy, tourism, and trade.
