As part of personnel procedures, Alexander Subbotin has completed his five-year tenure in the Vitebsk region. According to the president, there are plans to "put him to full use" in the near future—fully involving him in structural and managerial tasks. "Engage him completely. If he has the character, he will manage. This concerns the external perimeter of our country and other areas that require serious work," the president noted.
