Cyclone Leonie brings snow and ice

Cold weather caused by cyclone 'Leoni' continues in Belarus. Heavy snow and rain have turned into ice, affecting roads and power lines. More than 8,000 housing and communal services workers and about two thousand units of specialized equipment are involved in infrastructure maintenance, working around the clock.
