Order on Qualification Exam

📣 On February 19, President Alexander Lukashenko signed a Decree "On the Qualification Exam," clarifying the format of the qualification test for individuals entering public civil service for the first time.

📑 According to the document, the exam is a unified test developed by the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus. Its purpose is to eliminate subjectivity and favoritism in personnel matters and to raise requirements for candidates for public service.

✍🏻 The test will include assessment of knowledge of the Constitution of Belarus and other legislative acts necessary for all categories of public civil servants.

ℹ️ A list of questions and a demo version of the test tasks for free trial testing will be posted on the website of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus.
