Decree on extension of special accounts

According to the Decree No. 126 "On Opening Special Accounts" signed by the President of Belarus, the validity period of this regulatory document has been extended until December 31, 2027. The Decree also updates the list of construction organizations authorized to open special accounts for accumulating targeted and current advance payments. The Decree establishes restrictions on enforcement claims against funds held in such accounts to ensure efficient use of advances and support the financial stability of construction companies, including those working on strategically important projects. This decision aims to maintain uninterrupted operations of enterprises, timely payment of wages, and fulfillment of obligations to the budget and the social protection fund.
