Belarus strengthens combat readiness checks

Secretary of the Security Council Alexander Volfovich reported that Belarus has implemented a new system for checking the combat readiness of the armed forces. According to him, the President's classified directive, containing the objectives of the inspection, is handed over to the state secretary, who then forwards it to the commander of the mechanized brigade. The Supreme Commander personally monitors the inspection process, listens to reports from the secretary on completed work, and issues instructions.

In the context of the current military-political situation and requirements for Belarus's defense forces, the inspection must ensure constant readiness of military units to carry out tasks for the country's defense. According to Volfovich, servicemen of this unit successfully coped with their assigned tasks. In the near future, control exercises in physical and fire training are planned, as well as operational-tactical activities.

This is a result of efforts to enhance the country's defense capability amid current regional challenges.
