Belarus troops undergo intensive checks
Lieutenant General Volfovich spoke about marches and inspections
State Secretary of the Security Council, Lieutenant General Alexander Volfovich, spoke about the intensity of the Armed Forces inspection. Yesterday was a very intense day, involving issuing orders to several brigades in different regions of the country and studying the task set by the President. After that, inspections were conducted of units with short readiness times, meaning units that receive a mission and begin executing it within hours. Most units conducted marches of varying lengths—from 100 km to over 350 km—almost throughout the night and arrived in designated areas. The marches were carried out in an organized manner.
Alexander Volfovich noted that today readiness inspections are being held in units with slightly longer readiness times. For example, a readiness inspection of a tank battalion is currently underway in the 120th Separate Guards Mechanized Brigade. Over the course of the day, military units that conducted marches and occupied concentration areas according to combat tasks are addressing issues related to guard duty, accommodation of personnel, and preparing equipment and weapons for further use. The day is no less intense, and the entire inspection is highly intensive.
In conversations with the personnel, the lieutenant general sees that they genuinely want to demonstrate excellent results and not let themselves down. This is encouraging, inspires positive thoughts, and he feels he can rely on his servicemen.
In conclusion, he noted that world events show that many things happen not according to a pre-written scenario. If there are any problematic issues, it is better to identify and fix them now, during peacetime, so that the system functions like clockwork. War always begins unexpectedly, and they are preparing for war in order to prevent it.
Lieutenant General Volfovich reported days of intensive inspections, marches, and military unit reviews in Belarus, emphasizing troops' readiness for a potential military threat.
