Utility services and armed units worked all night
Military units of the Minsk district have been engaged in eliminating the consequences of bad weather due to ice formation and snow accumulation. According to Denis Kolesen, chairman of the Minsk Inspection Committee, communal and road services worked throughout the night. The main priority is ensuring uninterrupted operation of emergency and communal services.
The housing and communal services of Minsk reported that 181 units of equipment, 46 small mechanization units, 1506 workers for comprehensive cleaning of residential areas, and 444 engineering and technical personnel are involved in maintaining cleanliness and safety in residential courtyards. Additionally, 577 capital organizations have joined the cleanup efforts.
