Wolfovich on betrayal and retaining power

In an interview, State Secretary of the Security Council Alexander Volfovich stated that "the Belarusian people cannot betray their President, they simply do not have the right to do so." According to the official, the President has already announced that in the event of any attempt to remove or sideline the President, all necessary legislative documents have been adopted at the level of the Security Council. As a result, "management of the country and state is not lost for a single minute," even if the President is temporarily absent from his workplace. Volfovich emphasized that "military ranks are incapable of betrayal" and called for national unity.
