Law on changing IP rules

President Alexander Lukashenko signed the law "On Amendments to Laws on Individual Entrepreneurial Activity", which introduced amendments to 26 regulatory acts, including three codes. The law clarifies the category of individuals to whom the rules apply: either all citizens, or only those not engaged in entrepreneurial activity, or only individual entrepreneurs. References to individual entrepreneurs have been removed from provisions not related to the list of activities defined by the Council of Ministers' Resolution No. 457 of June 28, 2025. Preferences previously granted to micro-enterprises now extend to organizations with up to 50 employees. In addition to changes in the field of entrepreneurship, the law included amendments unrelated to the transformation of entrepreneurial activity to ensure systematic and comprehensive legal regulation.
