These were most strongly felt yesterday and today in the north and east of the country, where average temperatures dropped 10–15 degrees below the climate norm. At the beginning of winter, the country experienced heavy snowfalls, followed by new temperature fluctuations.
In Belarus, after record snowfalls, abnormal frosts followed, especially severe in the northern and eastern regions, with temperatures dropping 10–15 °C below normal; all services have switched to enhanced mode.
