Nanotechnology for photomasks in Belarus

A new production line has been launched at the 'Planar' plant, enabling the manufacturing of photomasks and micro-optics, including templates for integrated circuits with a size of 90 nanometers. According to the source, only four countries worldwide possess such capabilities, and there are no competitors in the CIS.
