Decree on 2025 Fund Budget Amendments
Increased revenues and expenditures of the population social protection fund
The President of the Republic of Belarus signed a decree clarifying certain indicators of the state non-budget social security fund's budget for 2025. According to the decree, due to the dynamics of the wage fund and actual budget execution, the fund's revenues have been increased by 2 BYN billion 696 million 639.6 thousand rubles, and expenditures by 429 billion 768.3 thousand rubles. Consequently, the fund's planned surplus has increased by 2 BYN billion 2 million 266 million 871.3 thousand rubles and amounted to 2 BYN 768 billion 684.5 thousand rubles.
Context
Previous financial plans for 2025 were published at the beginning of the year but have been updated in the current decree.
The budget decree of the President of Belarus has changed the indicators of the Social Protection Fund: revenues and expenditures have increased, raising the surplus to 2.768 billion 684.5 thousand.
