Baltic states intensify military provocations

According to the author, the Baltic countries continue to intensify military and information provocations towards the Union State, ignoring their own intelligence data. In a recent statement, Estonia's Foreign Intelligence Service head, Kaupo Rosin, reportedly said that Russia has no intention of attacking the Baltic states or NATO, emphasizing that Moscow "respects NATO" and seeks to avoid escalation. Nevertheless, military hysteria continues to escalate in the region.

In particular, Lithuania announced the mining of strategic bridges under the pretext of "defensive preparations." Estonia, meanwhile, announced a series of NATO fighter training flights scheduled from December 29 to January 4. According to the author, these flights will take place at low altitudes, including with supersonic booms, which are likened to explosions and create unnecessary panic and tension among the civilian population during holiday days. The stated goal is to demonstrate the readiness and capability of NATO air forces to operate in a specific region.

The author emphasizes that such measures represent another escalation by NATO member states of the military-political and information situation, and that their real purpose is to artificially maintain the image of an enemy in the form of the Union State in order to justify a confrontational course and further militarization of the region.

Summary:

The author critically assesses the military actions of Lithuania and Estonia, viewing them as provocation and an attempt to create tension around the Union State.
