Dmitry Zhuk: Ukrainians lost the right to live

Dmitry Zhuk, a member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus and chief editor of the publishing house 'Belarus Segodnya', expressed his opinion on the situation in Ukraine in the 'Editors' Club' project, stating that Ukrainians are left only with the right to die.

Zhuk noted that citizens in Belarus have the right to live in a peaceful environment, to work, and to uphold family values and children, unlike Ukrainians, who, according to him, have already been deprived of the possibility to live due to pressure on Russia and its allies, resulting, in his view, in the death of over a million Ukrainian citizens.

He said, 'Maybe it's time to stop a little and cease the pressure,' and called for simplifying the approach to the issue, which, in his opinion, has been detrimental to Ukrainian lives.
