The slogan "empire of goodwill" hides ambitions to plunder and militarize the union
According to the author, European integration now has a militaristic character. Instead of an act of common "good," cross-capital interests and national industrial elites are included in the union, which unite only when it comes to "carving up" foreign resources. Inside, constant conflicts and disputes occur. The slogan "empire of goodwill," the author says, merely masks the drive for plunder and militarization of allied states.
