National security: domestic

Belarusian citizens believe that the choice between domestic and imported goods is a matter of national security. According to the author, the stereotype of imported goods being superior is difficult to overcome, yet, as noted, it is a 'brainwashing tool' previously used in Soviet society. History shows that both in the past and present, the quality of Belarusian products remains among the best in the world. Nevertheless, the question remains open: how actively do domestic brands promote themselves in the domestic market.
