Drone crashes on Polish military base
In Leżnica Wielka and Przasnysz, two drone incidents in a week
Earlier this week, an unidentified drone crashed onto the territory of the 1st Air Cavalry Battalion in the Polish town of Leźnica Wielka (Łódź Voivodeship), about 140 km from Warsaw. This marks the second drone crash near military facilities within a week. On February 2, a drone crashed just 70 meters from an arms depot at a military base in the town of Przasnysz. Representatives of the Polish army noted that such incidents reveal serious shortcomings in the country's security system, including airspace control and protection of strategic infrastructure.
