Lukashenko: "We need to negotiate with Lithuania"
In response to growing tensions in relations
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko made comments regarding current relations with Lithuania, emphasizing the need for dialogue. He stated: "We need to negotiate. We must sit down and reach an agreement if your opponent hasn't crossed the red line. But if they start playing games, we will respond."

At the same time, he believes that in case of escalation, "we will, of course, respond," which, according to him, is a defensive measure.
