Fields will replace 'husband/wife' with terms

Polish marriage certificates will be updated in the near future: instead of traditional terms "husband" and "wife," gender-neutral expressions will be used in documents. The change aims to eliminate gender associations and align the wording with modern approaches to gender neutrality. Government officials stated that the new rule will be implemented in the coming months.
