Poland bans social media for 15-year-olds

In Poland, a draft law is being discussed that would ban children under 15 from accessing social media starting in 2027. At the same time, starting September 2026, mobile phone use during classes in schools is planned to be banned. According to lawmakers, the goal is to protect youth mental health from cyberbullying, harassment, and information pressure.
