Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko noted that the goal of the attack on Vladimir Putin's residence could be linked to an attempt to derail the peace process. According to him, "maybe they wanted to provoke Putin at the very moment when peace is right nearby, to sabotage this negotiation process."
Lukashenko emphasized that "Putin... is not panicking" and that "we are moving along the peaceful track." Stability in the region remains a priority, although in Kyiv they are speculating about the possibility of using specific events to strengthen their positions.
