Belarus: balancing restraint in Europe

In response to the active increase in military spending and large-scale exercises by Western European countries near Belarus, the official noted that 'imaginary threats from Russia and Belarus' are being used as a pretext to justify ambitious militarization plans. He emphasized that Belarus supports dialogue, seeks good-neighborly relations, and acts within the framework of constitutional and national security documents.
Secretary of State Wolowicz stated that Belarus plans strategic deterrence measures in response to Western military activities, emphasizing the importance of dialogue and good-neighborly relations.
