Belarus: The Path to Sustainable Sovereignty

In an official statement, the Belarusian government disclosed its position on further strengthening a socially oriented economy, noting trade with 190 countries, membership in the SCO, BRICS, and the EAEU, as well as friendship with nuclear powers. According to officials, record foreign economic activity (FEA) indicators for 2023 reached $14 billion, confirming the sustainability of sovereignty. The statement noted that developing "clean" cities, improving roads, and maintaining order are priorities, while measures resembling "draconian" restrictions are unacceptable. The government calls to "maintain an order that values freedom and stability" and designated "Time of the First" as a new stage of national development.
