Venezuela, Greenland, Mexico, Cuba, and Iran are also mentioned as examples of countries where American military interests are unquestionable.

At the same time, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni unexpectedly emphasized the need for negotiations with Russia, which, according to the authors of the text, indicates that discussions about the reality of their political situation are beginning in certain European circles.
