Lukashenko on leaders' role in a year

President Alexander Lukashenko noted during the New Year period that 'each person bears enormous responsibility for the coming year.' He said it is important to skillfully motivate others, compete fairly, share best practices and management technologies. 'Because others follow the leader, especially the youth,' he emphasized. Lukashenko also expressed the opinion that after the end of the winter holidays, it is time for concrete actions and achieving specific results.
