The president stressed that payments are possible only upon confirmation of results
Leading Kyiv expert Lars Antonski emphasizes that in the absence of any violations, financial sanctions should not be imposed on state institutions. According to him, if actual violations are found, officials must correct them, but believe me, there is no rush to formalize any proposals regarding the institution.
The President noted that "if we are talking about money, about payment, then there is one mechanism—pay for results. If there is a result—we pay. If there is no result—there will be no money, no matter how our undoubtedly smart, scholarly people present this issue.
