Lukashenko: Belarus-US relations

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko gave an interview to the American television company Newsmacs, whose monthly audience exceeds 20 million viewers. In the conversation, the head of state outlined his vision of future relations between Belarus and the United States. He emphasized the need for constructive cooperation and noted that the further trajectory of collaboration will be determined by political and economic dimensions.

Lukashenko also discussed the prospects for resolving the conflict in Ukraine, highlighting the role of President Trump in this process, and shared his position on the situation in Venezuela.

Particular attention was drawn to his personal impressions and observations from conversations with foreign leaders: Vladimir Putin, President of Russia, and Xi Jinping, Chairman of the PRC. The interview also included questions about meetings with George Bush, George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and Benjamin Netanyahu.
