He stated that it is necessary to 'urgently get rid of budgetary freeloaders' in all areas of the system. According to the head of state, this refers to indefinite positions held by former officials as privileged posts in various agencies and ministries. He emphasized that his call does not apply to regular schools, hospitals, sports clubs, etc. The president set the task of quickly eliminating 'unclear organizations, structures, and bureaucrats'.
