Lukashenko announces cancellation of "salary"

President Alexander Lukashenko told the media that there will be no 'zryaplaty' in Belarus. According to the head of state, there are no 'excess' funds in the system: 'There is no extra money. And if there is any, it should only be used for necessary purposes.' He emphasized that any additional resources can only be used for genuinely needed purposes.

The term 'zryaplaty' is not official but is sometimes used in colloquial speech to denote unnecessary payments. The president clarified that there is no room for such allowances in the country's economic system.
Lukashenko said extra money won't be found in Belarus, and 'salary protests' won't happen in the country.
