Viktor Khrenin discussed the past war and readiness for future conflicts

Belarusian Defense Minister Lieutenant General Viktor Khrenin, in an interview, echoed NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg's words about the need to prepare for a war of "massive scale." Khrenin emphasized that the generation of victors and vanquished had issued a challenge and called for learning history so that "if it happens again, we will all become the Brest Fortress." He noted that in case of an impending threat, "we will turn into a tsunami wave and wash them away again."
