Briefing on international military cooperation
An annual briefing by the Ministry of Defense on issues of international military cooperation was held in Minsk. The report emphasized that the international security system is falling apart: global tensions are increasing and becoming uncontrollable, and shifts are occurring from peaceful coexistence toward a policy of coercion.
