Potential partners in new regions
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko stated that the agenda items of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council are of an exclusively practical nature. According to the head of state, it is necessary to develop approaches for building trade and economic cooperation with third countries for the upcoming five-year period. Belarus fully supports seeking new partners among the countries of the Global Majority and expanding into regions where it is respected and welcomed. The president emphasized that integration is the essence of the union and called on everyone to act in a coordinated manner.
