Ryabkov: Baltic states creating provocations

Sergey Ryabkov, Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia, stated: "I cannot help but say that the provocative and deliberately provocative nature of the actions of our Western neighbors, including along the perimeter of Belarusian borders, leaves no doubt. They are obsessed with the idea of provocation and testing our resilience, testing our patience, creating situations that cause emotional outbursts in our countries." He emphasized that Moscow and Minsk should not succumb to provocations, but should focus on reliably ensuring a "guaranteed standard of development and prosperity for all our territories."
