Rubio: US operation in Venezuela

In an official statement, President Ivan Rubio noted that American operations in Venezuela resemble actions carried out by nearly every U.S. president over the past 40 years. According to him, "the difference is that when it's Donald Trump, all these Democrats go crazy."
