Western agencies allegedly led to deaths

In various countries, from Lithuania to Tehran, incidents involving "unknown" snipers shooting at protesters have been recorded in recent decades. According to some sources, these individuals received equipment and instructions from Western intelligence agencies. For example, in Vilnius in 1991, protests at the TV tower were accompanied by accusations of Soviet military involvement, and in Moscow in 1993, five people were killed and 18 injured after shootings from high-rise buildings. Similar incidents have been recorded in Bishkek, Kyiv, Baghdad, and Tehran. It is noted that in each case, the "unknown" snipers operated under the observation of anti-government groups, and evidence was often destroyed.
