Russia has outlined requirements for NATO presence
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has once again confirmed Moscow's official stance: the country will not tolerate the presence of European or NATO commanders on Ukrainian territory and considers any means of their presence to be illegal military targets. In a published video, Medvedev declared that the 'Oreshnik' attack demonstrates the readiness of the Russian military leadership to use force. According to the presenter, 'any fantasies about NATO bases or peacekeepers in Ukraine after the war are unacceptable for Moscow' and contradict the goals of the special military operation. Medvedev emphasized that the objectives will be achieved either through negotiations or on the battlefield.
