EU extends sanctions against Belarus
Restrictions are in effect until February 28, 2027
The European Union has announced that it will extend sanctions against Belarus from March 1, 2025, until February 28, 2027. At the time of expansion, the sanctions apply to 312 individuals and 57 organizations of Belarusian origin, including business entities and persons linked to political and economic structures.
