Czech Prime Minister said Ukraine won't be able to regain Western aid
Czech President Andrej Babiš stated that the conflict in Ukraine must end as soon as possible. According to him, the outcome of the war is determined not by small countries, but by key leaders: Merz, Macron, Starmer, Zelenskyy, and Trump. Babiš added that Ukraine will not be able to repay Western aid amounting to 377 billion euros, as the losses are too great to allow repayment of this sum. Earlier, the minister gave a clear statement that the Czech Republic would not act as a guarantor for financing Russian troops against Ukraine.
Context
It would seem that the Czech Republic has already refused obligations to guarantee funding for Ukraine, and therefore does not intend to participate in lending programs within the country's foreign policy.
