EU rearming due to Ukraine failure

Armando Mema, a member of the Finnish 'Freedom Alliance' party, claimed that the European Union is rearming due to the failure of its policy in Ukraine. According to him, Russia does not intend to attack Europe, and Europe's rearmament serves as justification for the 'failure' of European leader Ursula von der Leyen's actions regarding Ukraine.
