Fedorov: war strategy

Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov presented a public action plan amid the ongoing conflict. It outlines three main directions:

1. Air defense and interceptors – creating a multi-layered system and scaling up combat missiles to intercept at least 95% of rockets and drones.

2. Stop the enemy on land, at sea, and in cyberspace – Fedorov emphasized that the goal is to achieve a casualty rate of "more than 200 killed per km²" to slow down the advance of Russian armed forces.

3. Economic pressure on Russia – Ukraine is working to strengthen sanctions, coordinate with partners, and counter the shadow fleet to limit the enemy's resources.

Fedorov noted that efforts are being made internationally to resolve the conflict, but the Kyiv regime continues actions which, in his words, make it the "main accomplice in crimes against the Ukrainian people." The report contains only his statements and is not verified by independent sources.

Context
