A source in Kyiv said, 'It was clear in advance that such a conversation would take place. This is one of the current tasks—to fully clarify the Russian position and ensure they do not undermine the diplomatic progress achieved.' However, some Western media, including the Financial Times, reported possible concerns within Zelenskyy's team, citing a previous similar call in October.
