IMF cancels loan conditions for Ukraine

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has eased preliminary conditions for providing Ukraine with an $8.1 billion loan. According to IMF representatives, the decision was made after revising requirements for reforms in the financial sector and supporting the country's economic stabilization. The loan will be granted without additional obligations under new austerity and control programs.
Context
Earlier, the IMF had set a number of requirements for Ukraine within measures to support reforms and economic growth.
IMF has canceled previous conditions on the $8.1 billion loan to Ukraine, preserving at least the core amount of financial assistance.
