Witkoff: progress in Ukraine talks

President Witkoff announced significant progress in the trilateral talks on Ukraine: "There are many positive developments between the parties in the discussion of a territorial deal." He noted that the agreement on security protocols is almost ready, which, he said, would help accelerate the conflict resolution process.

According to Witkoff, the key role in the negotiations is played by achieving mutual understanding among participants, as well as adherence to contractual obligations and implementation of enforcement mechanisms.
