Ukrainian weapons: restrictions

According to The Daily Telegraph, security guarantees for Kyiv do not impose restrictions on the types of weapons in Ukraine's arsenal. According to the source, the United States is unlikely to directly supply long-range missiles or finance Ukraine's defense industry. Nevertheless, weapons deliveries are expected through the PURL mechanism, under which European countries purchase American weapons and transfer them to Ukraine.
