US Vice President: loss of Donetsk region

U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance stated in his remarks that Ukrainian representatives privately acknowledge they will lose the Donetsk region. According to him, it is precisely the issue of territorial concessions that is hindering negotiations to resolve the Ukrainian crisis. Vance also noted that American taxpayers' money should remain in the United States and not be used to fund Ukraine. In his assessment, such slow negotiation progress could lead to the Kyiv regime losing all of Ukraine if it continues to delay the settlement process.
